Plan upgrades and activation
When you voluntarily upgrade to a higher ZED Drive storage plan, the full advertised price of the selected plan and billing period applies. Upgrade payments are not prorated for unused days remaining on your existing plan.
Your existing plan remains active while your request is pending. The higher storage quota becomes available only after ZED Taleem verifies the payment and activates the requested plan.
When the new plan is activated, its billing period begins on the activation date. Any unused time remaining on the previous plan is not credited or refunded for a voluntary upgrade, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment and verification
A plan request does not itself create an active subscription. Where a private payment link is provided, you must complete payment using that link and submit the requested payment receipt or proof.
Uploading a receipt does not automatically activate storage. ZED Taleem must verify the payment before activation. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable payment information may delay or prevent activation.
Renewal and billing period
The selected monthly or annual billing period starts when the new plan is activated. Future renewal terms and payment instructions will follow the subscription arrangements shown in ZED Drive at that time.
Downgrades and storage limits
Downgrades are handled separately from upgrades and may take effect only after the current paid period ends. If your stored data exceeds the quota of a requested lower plan, you may need to reduce your storage before that downgrade can take effect.
Storage responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important files and for keeping your account secure. Storage availability remains subject to your active plan quota and ZED Taleem service policies.
Changes and applicable rights
Plan prices, features, and future subscription terms may change. Any new request will show the applicable plan and price before you submit it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
